Vehicle Registration

  • All students including doctoral and commuter students must register each vehicle that is used on campus. Students can register their vehicles online through WebAdvisor. The Vehicle Permit Request is under the Financial Information heading on the Students menu:

    Students not having a vehicle must still clear parking in order to complete registration. Decals and parking regulations are issued when the vehicle is registered.

  • Anyone buying or trading a vehicle must up-date vehicle information at S-103. Decals should be removed from vehicles no longer being used by the student. Old decals should be removed with current decals placed on vehicle rear windows.
  • All faculty, staff, and employees must obtain a decal for each vehicle that may be driven on campus or on SWBTS property. Faculty, staff, and employees can also register their vehicles online through WebAdvisor. The Vehicle Permit Request is under the Personal Information heading on the Staff menu:
