Unable to have biological children, Charles and Jane Sebesta’s decision to adopt seemed natural. “It wasn’t a hard choice at all,” says Jane. Having cousins who had adopted and parents who were supportive of the process, she says, “It didn’t bother us, the fact that we wanted to adopt children because we couldn’t have any (on our own).”

David and Nathan Lino

David is the pastor of Faith Family Baptist Church in Kingwood, Texas, near Houston. Nathan is the pastor of Northeast Houston Baptist Church, about 15 minutes away in the town of Humble. Both are actively engaged in personal soul-winning in their daily lives; both are committed to a conservative theology building their ministries on the innerrancy of the bible; and both of them are avid supporters of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Louie and Meifeng Lu

Arriving in America with only $40, Louie gained a scholarship for a graduate program in physics, graduating in 1987. Four years later, Louie accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. A year after that, he founded Yangtze International, Inc., a nowfluorishing company specializing in importing custom-made products from China.
