Perimeter Housing & Duplexes

Perimeter housing consists of houses and duplexes located within one to four blocks of the edges of the main campus. These units, most of which were built in the 1940s and 1950s, have been acquired over time by the seminary. Thus, there is a wide variety of sizes and configurations both for the interiors as well as the exteriors of these units.

• Private or shared yard (lawn care is provided by SWBTS)
• Washer/dryer connections in most locations
• Tenant is responsible for all utilities

Monthly Rent

• 1 Bedroom/1 Bath – $340 to 400 (tenant pays utilities)
• 2 Bedroom/1–2 Bath – $445 to 550 (tenant pays utilities)
• 3 Bedroom/1–2 Bath – $580 to 715 (tenant pays utilities)
