Dorothy Patterson serves as the first lady and as a professor to women in the School of Theology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is the wife of Paige Patterson, president of Southwestern Seminary, the mother of Armour and Carmen, and the doting grandmother of Abigail and Rebekah. Patterson received a Bachelor of Arts from Hardin-Simmons University, a Master of Theology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary and a Doctor of Theology from the University of South Africa. Patterson has authored a number of books and articles including, Where's Mom: The High Calling of Wives and Mothers, A Woman Seeking God: Discover God in the Places of Your Life, and Touched by Greatness: Women in the Life of Moses. She has also edited the Women's Evangelical Commentary series and The Women's Study Bible.

Michelle Duggar serves as wife to husband, Jim Bob, mother to 19 children and grandmother to two “GranDuggars.” The Duggars, who married in 1984, began their marriage using the birth control pill. After Michelle conceived and miscarried while on the pill, though, the couple realized that the pill does not keep a woman from conceiving 100 percent of the time, and that when it fails to do so, the medicine often forces the woman’s body to miscarry. The Duggars were grieved. From that point on, the couple decided to leave family planning to the Lord, asking Him to show them how to love children like He does and trusting Him to give them the right number of children. The Duggars have since appeared on news programs, in magazines, in documentaries and in a reality show on TLC. They have also authored several books including The Duggars: 20 and Counting and A Love that Multiplies: An Up-Close View of How They Make it Work.

Elizabeth George serves as an author and national speaker alongside her husband, Jim. Together they have written more than 70 books. George’s book, A Woman After God’s Own Heart, has sold more than 1 million copies. The author also hosts a radio broadcast, A Minute for Busy Women, and holds a bachelor of science in education degree from the University of Oklahoma, which allowed her to teach in both public and private schools. Elizabeth and Jim have two married daughters and eight grandchildren.
