Blackboard is a online application which allows instructors to put class materials on the Internet. This enterprise application provides a variety of tools to facilitate teaching and learning. (Blackboard course materials are typically available within 24 hours of enrolling in the course.) New students will learn how to use these tools during when they complete their eLicense test.
