Want to return to Southwestern?

Any former Southwestern student wanting to return for additional studies is asked to complete a re-admission process. Students who have not been enrolled for more than 3 years (one year: one fall and one spring semester) will reapply through the admissions office. Students who have been divorced since last attending Southwestern will also reapply through the admissions office.

Students who have missed 3 years (one year: one fall and spring semester) or less will complete the Former Student Enrollment Update below. The form is available in our office or online.

Remember you will re-enroll under the conditions of the current catalog.

After the Enrollment Update Request Form has been reviewed, additional information may be requested from you by the Office of the Registrar.
