Southwestern has several different options for family housing. The guide below will highlight the various options and explain the eligibility requirements for each.

Two-Bedroom Housing

Families with one or two children are eligible for any available two-bedroom unit. Two-bedroom options are available in the following areas:

• New Student Housing
• Carroll Park (duplexes and triplexes)
• E.D. Head (apartments)
• Garrett Manor (apartments)
• J. Howard Williams Student Village (apartments)
• Student Village (townhouses) - reserved for families with children
• Perimeter Housing (duplexes and houses)

Three-Bedroom Housing

Three-bedroom options reserved for families with 2 or more children. Three-bedroom options are available in the following areas:

• New Student Housing
• Garrett Manor (apartments)
• Student Village (apartments)
• Perimeter Housing (houses)
