Singles/Couples Housing

Any married couple or single student over 20 years old may apply for a one- or two-bedroom housing unit.

Please Note:

• Two-bedroom townhouses are reserved for couples with children.
• Roommates are not assigned by the housing office to single tenants. However, a list of persons interested in rooming with other singles in campus housing is kept in the housing office. In roommate situations, all persons must meet the eligibility requirements for student housing and have a lease on file with the housing office.

Units are available in the following areas:

• New Student Housing
• Carroll Park (duplexes and triplexes)
• E.D. Head (apartments)
• Garrett Manor (apartments)
• J. Howard Williams Student Village (apartments)
• Perimeter Housing (duplexes and houses)
