Trustees of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, will gather for their semiannual board meeting in the seminary’s Smith Center for Leadership Development, Room 150, April 3-4.
General sessions are open to the public and media, unless otherwise stated. Times of the general sessions are as follows:
* First General Session, 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m., Tues., April 3.
* Second General Session, 1:15 p.m.-3:00 p.m., April 3.
* Third General Session, 3:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m., April 3.
Trustee sessions will extend to April 4 as necessary.
Chapel speakers scheduled for April 3-5 are:
Paige Patterson, president of Southwestern Seminary, Tues., April 3.
Jimmy Jackson, seminary trustee and pastor of Whitesburg Baptist Church, Huntsville, Ala., Wed., April 4.
Bill Brown, president of Cedarville (Ohio) University, Thurs., April 5.
Chapel services are held in Truett Auditorium starting at 10:50 a.m., and are free and open to the public and media.
Directions to the Smith Center on the campus of Southwestern Seminary: From I-35W, travel west on I-20 to James Avenue. Turn right on James Avenue and travel north approximately one mile. The Smith Center for Leadership Development is located at 1701 W. Boyce Avenue, at the intersection of James Avenue and W. Boyce.
