Student Housing
From the earliest days of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, student housing has been a need, a dream, and a priority. Student housing began in the unfinished basement of Fort Worth Hall in 1910 when the seminary moved from Waco to the present campus in Fort Worth. Today the seminary provides over 750 apartments and houses plus 353 spaces in the residence halls.
At Southwestern Seminary, we are committed to providing affordable housing for our students. This section of the web site will help guide you in selecting the housing that best meets your needs. Any student over 20 years old may apply for any one or two bedroom house or apartment. Townhouses are reserved for people with children. After you have been approved for admission to Southwestern, please submit applications and inquiries for housing to the Business Office at:

Rent continues as long as the tenant has a key and possession of the property. To view the various rental rates, please visit the Housing Rental Rates Page.
