Why do Christians gather for worship? In corporate worship, what purposes should we prioritize? Without a biblical answer to these questions, local church worship issues will be hard to navigate. Join us as we identify five priorities for corporate worship, based on the Scriptures, and discuss implications for how we plan, lead, and address issues related to local church worship. Professor of Church Music and Worship Joshua Waggener discusses relevant issues in church worship with Nelly Juarez Villegas, a Master of Divinity student in the School of Church Music and Worship at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
