NCC is dedicated to serving the families at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  We provide preschool and childcare for ages 8 weeks through 6th grade for SWBTS faculty, staff and student families.  It is a pleasure to be given the opportunity to serve while caring for the blessings God has given each family here.

Graduation Childcare

The Naylor Children's Center will be offering childcare during Southwestern's Commencement ceremony.  If you would like to use this service, complete the form below and e-mail it to Kathi Rogers at krogers@swbts.edu.  The cost of this service is free for graduates and $10.00 for guests and friends.  If you have any questions, please contact the Naylor Children's Center at 817.923.1921 ext. 2970.

Mother's Day Out

The Southwestern Mother’s Day Out program will offer a safe and welcoming atmosphere for your child. Our trained teachers are all part of the seminary family and are selected for their experience, gifts and calling to provide quality care in a Christian environment. The home of this program is the child–friendly Naylor Children’s Center. Its spacious class rooms, large indoor play area, and three age appropriate outdoor play grounds will create the perfect place for your child to learn, interact and make new friends.

Family Enrollment Form

Starting Convocation day at SWBTS each semester, Mother's Day Out offers care each Tuesday and Thursday for children ages eight weeks through 6th grade. Parents may choose to take advantage of one of four programs we offer:

  • A half-day two day program, which provides care on both Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 1pm.
  • A full-day two day program, which provides care on both Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 4pm.
  • A half-day one day program, which provides care on either Tuesday or Thursday from 8am to 1pm.
  • A half-day one day program, which provides care on either Tuesday or Thursday from 8am to 4pm.

Tuition and fees for each program are listed below.

Two–Day Program

     Due at the time of registration.  
Semester Supply Fee (non–refundable) $25.00
     Due on/before Aug. 18 for Fall Semester and Jan 3 for Spring Semester.  
Weekly Tuition – 12 months and older Half-day - $40.00
Full-day - $58.00
          Under 12 months Half-day - $45.00
Full-day - $63.00
     Due on/before Tuesday of each week.  

RAC/Chapel Drop-in Program

An enrollment form is required for the RAC/Chapel Drop-in Program.  It is a 1.5 hour drop in service at $3.50/child/day, $16.00/child/month, or $40.00/family/month.  Limited space is available so please call ahead for a reservation. Chapel drop-ins are from 9:45am to 11:15am.

The Southwestern Homeschool Program

As a complement to Mother’s Day Out, Southwestern Seminary has established the Southwestern Homeschool Program. This partnership program will support homeschooling parents and children with elective classes and resources, extracurricular activities and fellowship in a community of like minded Christian home educators. Hourly Drop-in Service

$5.50/child/hour and $4.50/sibling/hour. Limited space is available so please call ahead for a reservation. An enrollement form is required for the drop-in program as we need emergency contact and medical information on all children in the center.

Parent's Night Out

The times are 6:00pm-9:00pm and the cost is $7/child with a $25 maximum for families with four or more children.  Generally, the second friday of the month unless it falls during a semester break. An enrollement form is required for the Parent's Night Out program as the center must have emergency contact and medical information on all children in the center.
