Planning to attend the Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee, on June 13-16? Join us at the following events:

SWBTS Alumni and Friends Luncheon

You're invited to the Alumni & Friends Luncheon at the Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting held at the Music City Center in downtown Nashville. The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, June 16, immediately following the morning session. This annual gathering of alumni and friends of SWBTS will feature updates from Seminary Hill, a report from President Adam W. Greenway, and presentations of the 2021 Distinguished Alumni awards. Register at swbts.edu/sbc21.

Crossover Nashville

Invest a week of your summer doing evangelism. Join the the SWBTS and Scarborough College Crossover team as we engage Nashville with the Gospel before the Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting. Former youth ministry professor Phil Briggs dies at 88

Phil Briggs, distinguished professor of student ministry and youth education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary from 1971 to 2004, died on April 18. He was 88.

Duncan recognized for decades of music ministry service

Jon Duncan, senior professor of church music and worship at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, received the Baptist Church Music Conference’s Lifetime Ministry Achievement Award during its regional annual meeting in Shawnee, Oklahoma, April 19.
