More than 300 United States Army soldiers and trainees have professed faith in Christ during chapel services led by Southern Baptist chaplains Jose Rondon and Ishmael Mwilima in the last month at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. Mwilima, a graduate of Southwestern Seminary, says this recent movement of God among the men and women there is consistent with what he has seen God do for the past few years at Fort Leonard Wood.

“This has been happening during the past three years. It has been active,” Mwilima says. “People are really hungry [for the Gospel].”

The Pathway, the online news source for the Missouri Baptist Convention, has published an article about this great work of God among military members. To read the full article, see here.
