Southwestern Seminary students can make their vocational skills available to others in the seminary family and in the community through the seminary’s Student Labor Pool. This labor pool, developed by the Church-Minister Relations office, provides a list of students available for service to individuals in the community and on campus. The services offered may include auto-repair, landscaping, handy-man services, painting, personal training, and much more. The amount and method of payment is determined by the students offering their services.

This Student Labor Pool is only one of the services provided by the Office of Church-Minister Relations. The office also connects students and alumni to jobs within Southern Baptist churches and denominational agencies, as well as notifying students of employment opportunities outside the Southern Baptist Convention and the local church.

Currently, the Office of Church-Minister Relations is especially seeking students who desire to make their services available to others through the labor pool.
