The Southern Baptist Cooperative Program provides a generous scholarship for *Southern Baptist students. Student fee payments vary from student to student depending on the program of study. All student fees are subject to change without notice.

*Denominational affiliation is determined by the church endorsement form submitted with the student’s application and must be renewed each year by the annual certification of church membership form.

College Loan Deferments

If you need an enrollment verification for college loan deferment or an enrollment certification letter, please contact the Registrar's Office after registration. Please include your anticipated date of graduation on your request. Students must enroll in a minimum of 9 hours in the spring and fall (12 hours for undergraduate students), or 6 hours in the summer, to be considered full-time. Courses taken in separate terms (such as the winter term) cannot be used to calculate this status. We will only verify semesters for which you have been or are currently enrolled.

Veteran's Education Benefits

In order to receive Veteran's Education Benefits, students must see the VA representative for Southwestern Seminary in the Registrar's Office, S-106.  Those applying for admission to Southwestern should contact the VA representative during the Admission process.  Returning students should take advantage of Early Registration and contact the VA representative immediately following their registration for each semester for which they desire benefits. Students are certified for benefits by request only.  VA students should be sure to notify the VA representative every time a class is added or dropped from their schedule. In addition, if a VA student withdraws from Southwestern Seminary, the VA representative in the Registrar's Office should be notified immediately. Questions regarding VA Benefits can be directed to the Registrar's Office at registrar@swbts.edu.
