TBC Scholarship
The Texas Baptist College Scholarship is available to degree-seeking TBC students who are active members of a Southern Baptist Church and who have an established 3.0 GPA. Students who are full-time with traditional on-campus courses are qualified. Failure to maintain scholarship requirements throughout the academic year may result in reduction or removal of the scholarship. Incoming students can apply upon acceptance for enrollment, and current students must apply annually during the Spring semester for the following academic year.
This is a $3,700 scholarship for tuition and fees that is divided into $1,850 for the Fall semester and $1,850 for the Spring semester.
To apply for this scholarship, please fill out the general financial aid application that opens on March 1st. The deadline for current students is May 1st and the deadline for new, incoming students is August 15th. Late submissions will not be considered
TBC Partial Scholarship
The Texas Baptist College Scholarship is available to degree-seeking TBC students who are active members of a Southern Baptist Church and who have an established 3.0 GPA. Priority will be given to part-time students (nine hours minimum). Failure to maintain scholarship requirements throughout the academic year may result in reduction or removal of the scholarship. Incoming students can apply upon acceptance for enrollment, and current students must apply annually during the Spring semester for the following academic year.
This is a $2,220 scholarship for tuition and fees that is divided into $1,110 for the Fall semester and $1,110 for the Spring semester.

TBC High Achievers Scholarship
The Texas Baptist College High Achievers Scholarship is available to degree-seeking TBC students who are active members of a Southern Baptist Church, have an established 3.75 GPA, are enrolled full-time (12 or more hours), and who are taking on-campus courses (no online courses, including FLEX courses, are eligible). Failure to maintain scholarship requirements throughout the academic year will result in reduction or removal of the scholarship. Incoming students can apply upon acceptance for enrollment, and current students must apply annually during the Spring semester for the following academic year.
This is a $4,630 scholarship for tuition and fees that is divided into $2,315 for the Fall semester and $2,315 for the Spring semester.

TBC Essay Scholarship
The TBC Essay Scholarship is open to current high school seniors who are active members of a Southern Baptist Church and have a 3.0 or equivalent high school GPA. Recipients must take on-campus courses (no online courses, including FLEX courses, are eligible) and reside on-campus to maintain eligibility. This scholarship will be awarded to one student for four consecutive years of study and includes full tuition, fees, room and board, and books.

General Scholarship Information:
- Students must re-apply for financial aid each academic year.
- Applying for a scholarship is not a guarantee that a scholarship will be awarded.
- Scholarships will be reviewed in the order in which they are received and are awarded based on eligibility requirements and scholarship funding for the academic year.
- You must maintain the stated scholarship requirements throughout each Fall and Spring semester to remain eligible to receive a scholarship. Failure to do so may result in the reduction or removal of the scholarship.
- Scholarships cannot be applied retroactively.
- Students may only be awarded one institutional scholarship per academic year.
- Non-degree-seeking students are not eligible to receive financial aid.
- Students in the continuation phase (those being billed the continuation fee) of their degree or taking a Leave of Absence (LOA) are not eligible to receive institutional scholarships.
