Dr. Schulze serves as associate professor of missions in the School of Theology and associate director of the M.A. in Theology Program for the Bonn campus.

Dr. Schulze is the author of Baptisten in Nordostindien — eine Mitgliederstudie (Oncken, 2006). He has also contributed to I Battisti: Una comunità mondiale (2021).He has written articles for the Southwestern Journal of Theology and for the BSB-Journal of which he is the founding editor.

He is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society, Evangelical Missionary Society, and the Evangelisches Forum für Mission, Kultur und Religion.
