Diploma Form for In Absentia Graduates

Diplomas will be issued after graduation as long as all of the required elements of your degree are successfully completed and all of your accounts are clear with the Seminary. Please make sure that you clear all of your accounts.

Allow 6 to 8 weeks after graduation for delivery of mailed diplomas to addresses in the United States. Shipping to international addresses will be subject to additional shipping time and fees.

If you want to pick up your diploma, please email John Hofecker at jhofecker@swbts.edu to arrange a day and time for pick up after graduation.
