The students in this program reflect this diversity. The program director will assign students to churches with the assumption that every applying church is willing to host any one of our students without regard to his cultural or ethnic background. • Your church agrees to pray earnestly and prepare diligently for the meetings. Resources created by the North American Mission Board are available at www.sbtc.edu/rtn. • Your church agrees to provide transportation from/to the airport, local transportation, lodging and meals for the student(s) while on the field. • Your church agrees to provide lodging for the preacher that is clean and cared for. Additionally, you agree to not place students in homes with singles of the opposite gender. • Your church agrees to provide opportunities for students to serve. Additionally, your church commits to assist the visiting students in ministry task. • Students are permitted to accept love offerings and/or honorariums, but they are not required. • Airline tickets are often purchased two or three months in advance.
