Employer Description:  America’s Best Event Photography, aka ABEP, interacts with coaches, parents, and student athletes of multiple sports (football, baseball, soccer, basketball, cheer – just to name a few) to provide an experience that captures the excitement and joy of playing their individual sport.

Hours: Part-Time Seasonal – evenings and weekends ONLY

Job Description:

ABEP is currently seeking part-time seasonal team members for positions as photographers, photo-assistants, and sales associates. These part-time positions are for evenings and weekends ONLY.  We work when the student athletes play sports.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with photo, digital and sales team members to produce high quality photo products that capture and create memories that make people smile.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by responding to the expectations, requests and needs of the customer in a timely manner. Requires strong effective communication skills and the ability to listen first. 
  • Being able to work in a high energy, deadline driven environment.  Includes being able to organize and shoot with time restraints while maintaining the quality of the work.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude toward team members, coaches, parents, and student athletes in challenging and at times, rapidly changing environments.

Requirements:

You must have:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Be able to work evenings and weekends
  • All applicants are required to take a background check
  • Complete all new employment paperwork which includes the Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9)

Compensation: The part-time position is hourly with photo-assistants and sales associates starting at $15/hour while in training; and photographers start at $17/hour while in training.
