Mr. Moss serves as instructor of New Testament in the School of Theology and associate vice president for Academic Administration. He previously taught adjunctly at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has also served in church and pastoral ministry in Oklahoma and Kentucky.

He contributed to The Letters of Ignatius: Apostolic Fathers Greek Reader (Glossa House, 2015) and a co-wrote a chapter in World Mission: Theology, Strategy, and Current Issues (Lexham Press, 2019). He has published book reviews in the Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society, the Southern Baptist Journal of Theology, Presbyterion, Reviews of Biblical and Early Christian Studies, and Reading Religion.

Mr. Moss is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society, the Society of Biblical Literature, and the Institute for Biblical Research. He is married to Hayley, and they have three children.
