The Recreation and Aerobics Center (RAC) exists to serve Southwestern by promoting physical and spiritual wellness while increasing community for the glory of God.
The center comprises a gymnasium with an indoor track, racquetball courts, concessions, locker rooms, state-of-the-art cardiovascular activity room, strength training room, a Multi-Purpose room, and an aquatics facility. Adjacent to the center are lighted tennis courts, an outdoor track, a sand volleyball court, and playing fields. The center is named for Myra K. and J. Roy Slover, seminary benefactors from Liberty, Texas.
The RAC program offerings include: Personal Training, Fitness Programs, Aquatics (Swimming Lessons), Intramural Sports, Aerobics, Outdoor Recreation, and various family-oriented special events.

The RAC now uses a state of the art athletic facility management software called Fusion. With Fusion, RAC members are able access the online Fusion Portal and purchase memberships, register for fitness classes and camps, reserve courts and equipment, request a facility rental, register for intramurals, see current RAC news, and purchase guest passes.
